This is a GaranceDore post from years ago. I saw this and thought it was just too cute not to duplicate so I sewed a little heart on the inside flap of my husband's favorite shirt. I totally forgot about it until a few days ago when he lifted the flap up to put something in his pocket and voila, there was the heart. Ah...a nice little reminder of the little things you do to document your love.
